Oleg FStep, the founder of one of Moscow’s biggest music communities Capital Bass, fell in love with the British underground scene in the late 90's and remains true to it even now. Besides having his eye on the most recent innovations in UK’s electronic music, he eagerly explores its roots and influencers from the whole musical spectrum. He is always opened to experimentation: early UK garage bordering classic US house, mad house tracks with all the features of UK hardcore sound, dubstep with a techno edge and other mutant-styles like UK funky – these are the juxtapositions Oleg is looking for in the record shops all across the globe.
