It's almost summer and I'm in a MOOD! A mood to dance, that is. I messed up my ankle and the part where the achilles meets the heel of my left foot about 6 weeks ago while at work. I've been limping and doing some kind of crazy gimp walk ever since. Trust me, it's not cute. It's healing okay, but it's just taking forever to do so. Oh well.
It's funny how I'm trying to dedicate this mix as an ode for me to dance once again. I really don't think of my mixes as dance sets. I see them more as a collection of songs that are danceable. (What?!?) While you ponder on that, I just want to thank everyone who has been following me recently. During the month of May, I've had over 350 total downloads from my SoundCloud! That's more than half of my total ever since I started posting here over a year ago. I have no idea what's 'clicked' to garner such attention, but I'm not complaining. At least I know the monthly fees I'm paying for bandwidth aren't going to waste. ;-) Uploaded 11 months ago -
