Growing up engulfed by the sounds of the Chicago underground in the late 80's and early 90's, music became not only a love and release, but a way of life. Each component to Boogie Libre brings their own unique influence and sound, yet keeping in harmony with a common bond. The members of Boogie Libre have accumulated almost 40 combined years of experience behind the decks, which has developed into an eclectic synthesis of sounds bridging Deep House, Soul, Disco, Afro, Jazz and funk... the journey knows no bounds once it begins. Early individual experiences playing long remembered Chicago clubs such as Karma, RedNo5, and Red Dog made lasting impressions which to this day drive the group to leave memories of fun and great times to every person they touched. Recent gigs include Swing Shift Afterhours (Chicago), Now In Stereo official Movement Afterparty (Detroit) and Mi Casa Es Su Casa Holiday (Playa Del Carmen).
