I was drawn to dance music in the 60’s and soon became a follower of Soul, and Ska. In the Seventies Rock became influential but I later re-discovered my need for dance rhythms.

In the Eighties it was music from the North-West of Northern Soul. Soon the clubs in Manchester, London were playing the emerging genre known as House.

From listening to House I found himself being drawn further into the underground movement that surrounded Acid House and the ensuing Rave culture.

But for me the absolute in musical satisfaction arrived when I heard the likes of Jeff Mills and Derrick May and the early sounds coming from Detroit, which heralded the birth of Techno.

So if you like Deep, Detroit, Berlin, Techno you will not be disappointed when you hear the music of DJ David Myles.

The Follower has become the Performer and Producer.
