This month's Nahat Show, at Tilos Radio starts reeealy slowly with some cinnamon flavour from Fatima, then up to the tempo with afro beats to the electro scene. Apart from the dodgy mixes, there are some of my recent favourites, two from Moodymann, an amazing disco tune from 1996 (!) by the Toronto Track Symphony (thanks for the Bicep guys posting this) the new Maurice Donovan, aka. Pearson Sound ( 23 years old true musician) some new Martyn, and an indian transformers remix by the Bandish Projekt. Electonic music in full effect!
There is a great album on the Bastard Jazz label, Captain Planet's first LP, an almost hundred percent album and I had to play a tune from the new forthcoming Marcel record, it will be a nice loopsoul jam...and for the last , an FPT classic reagge tune by Freddie McGregor.
