Metal is by far the most complicated genre for mixing, as a matter of fact it's damn near impossible. It's the one genre I turn to when I'm looking for a real challenge. With odd time signatures, coordinated breakdowns and blast beats (live drummers fluctuate the tiniest bit in tempo which can throw off a DJ's mixing) it's near impossible to find tracks that will blend together. So these tracks I used weren't necessarily the ones I would liked to have, but they were the ones in similar speeds or with elements that would work together. Just a quick example of how metal can be mixed.
