A night during my residency @ Double A, a Tequila Bar in Chicago's River North. My set from (2009) starts when the night is getting underway (about 10pm through to closing time).
about the set: I typically started the night with Chill House or Nuovo Tango, however I've edit that portion of my set out... the set picks up w/a higher energy level at this point of the night. I infused lots of House with latin rhythms to align with the latin theme of the locale. The clientelle at this club always responded well to underground remixes of pop music, as well as some house classics. Also included are a number of tracks remenicent of summer w/ some Reggea elements. about the venue: Double A is an intimate VIP (strictly "tables/bottles") club. The high-end mixologists deliver exotic cocktails.
