Dave Skywalker

Dave Skywalker has always been into electronic music. By 1986, at the age of 8 he was listening to US house music, purchasing Steve Silk Hurleys "Jack Your Body" and was already annoying his neighbours with that "boom boom" music. After graduating and DJing as part of Bournemouth Student Union, Dave started Nu Underground Recordings which he ran with DJ. Release 1 was the now infamous, and considerably remixed, "Killerwhale", credited with being the first breakbeat hardcore tune in the new 'oldskool' style.

Since then, he's had numerous releases on labels like Kniteforce, and now runs Endor Records, OldSkoolMP3.com with Ed Real, runs a weekly show on Breakpirates.com, and has been nominated for various DJ/artist awards. He regularly plays at rave giant Bang Face, and has played at the Ministry of Sound, Raindance, Moondance, and this year is playing in Hungary, Sweden, Canada, and at Glastonbury.

He's also told he's a pretty decent bloke ;)
