We featured him in New Talent the other week, and now Leeds’ Robert James – protégé to Jamie Jones and Lee Foss in their Hot Natured stable – has come good on his promise of being a right badman by curating a bloody lovely podcast for DT. Full of exclusives from the aforementioned label, his own studio and further afield, it’s a damn groovy selection which spans ‘80s-influenced funked-up house to the sassiest bumping tech grooves, all mixed to perfection. With Pete Tong a certified fan as well, and his new Pteradactil Disco EP (alongside Foss and FB Julian) ripping up dancefloors across the globe, he’s setting himself up for a very good summer indeed.
