I am a music head. I love nothing more than being in a dark corner getting lost in the music. That's how I got into this in the first place...From the point of love for music and DJ/nightlife culture, I started DJing in the late 1990s (learned on, and still play!, vinyl) and ran a weekly party in NYC for ten years called Deep See. In the late 2000s, I started experimenting with music productions, experiments that led to partnering with DJ Spider to run the independent house/techno label Plan B Recordings.

I now produce under the moniker Dakini9 while continuing to DJ and produce one-off events for my label and crew Vanguard Sound.

I'm also a certified yoga teacher, and am seeking ways to bring healing and music together in places on and off the mat.
