Rioteer is the brainchild of Bas Welling and hails from Tilburg Crackcity. Rioteer takes inspiration from different blends of music and played in several projects including African percussion groups and experimental Noise Bands.
Rioteer organises the longest running and loudest Breakcore/ Noise night in Holland called Crackbeats and runs the recordlabel which caries the same name. Rioteer toured worldwide and played all kinds of electronic music events including Breakcore gives me WOOD, Jason Forrests Wasted Festival, Q-Base 2010, Todays Art, Gogbot Festival, Bloodnok Festival Tour Russia, ZXZW Festival, Mayhem Outdoors Hardcore Festival etc.
Rioteer music has been released on well known labels like: Ketacore Records, Provokation Records, Angelmaker, Alphacut, My First Sonny Weissmuller Recordings, Crackbeats Records, etc.
