The Awaken Ibiza 2011 DJ Competition in association with Drop The Mustard & Mixcloud

Are you a DJ and fancy the chance of playing in the world’s most famous party destination!? The Awaken have teamed up with Mixcloud and Drop The Mustard to offer aspiring DJs the opportunity to win an all expenses paid trip and set at two top locations in Ibiza.

Prize:

  • A free Awaken Ibiza Vip Package (14th - 18th June 2011)
  • A free return flight from the UK to Ibiza
  • A DJ set in one of the worlds biggest clubs
  • A DJ set at the Drop The Mustard Boat Party

How to enter:

  • Create a mix of no longer than 30 minutes long representing what you would like to play in Ibiza.
  • Upload your mix to Mixcloud using the instructions below by Monday 9th May.
  • You need to name it ‘AWAKEN IBIZA 2011 COMP’ and tag it as Awaken Ibiza Comp. If you fail to tag the mix your entry may be missed.
  • Include the The Awaken cover art - click here to download
  • Following this please send your name, age and location, and a link to the mix to: competition@awakenibiza.com
  • Your entry needs to include a full track list to be considered.

    • Judging:

    • Entrances will be judged on factors including but not limited to, number of plays, technicality, originality and positive feedback.
    • The Judges will consist of Drop the Mustard residents, SaxOffender, Oli Hackett and Dirty Smart to have the final say. The winner will be announced on May 9th.
    • Get your mixes in early, you will have more of a chance of winning this way.

      Are you a promoter and want to see your brand in Ibiza this year?? We are offering one lucky promotion the chance to join us in San Antonio’s finest SUPERCLUB, EDEN!
