I discovered my love of music at an early age and when I found my way to electronic music nothing spoke to me quite like Trance did. I love the uplifting melodies and that wave of emotion that washes over you when you hear that one hell of an inspiring song. In order for a song to make it into my collection, it has to (at the very least) give me chills.
I picked up my first pair of belt driven tables in early 98 and worked on trying to pick up mixing. Eventually I started playing out at parties in BC and enjoyed every minute of it. On stage, I would "perform"... Sing along, etc. Sometimes I would even get emotionally overwhelmed when playing particular tracks. Those were some great times.
Now, even though I still collect new tracks, I just mix for my own personal enjoyment and to make mixes for friends and music lovers. Do I miss playing live? Sure I do but I am glad for the experiences I have had and wouldn't change them for anything. Enjoy what I upload here. Peace.
