Hey Guys! Cecelia or Cece is my name. Moved to Houston 1 year ago and trying to establish a new network out here. Currently promoting for Party On Houston.

My main goal is to bring my dancing and artistic skills to Houston and show you guys what I have to offer. I have many ideas for dancers and would love to be able to see them wear my outfits as well as dance along side me.
