A Caught by the River Spoken Word & Nature Disco: Volume 2. Selected by Jeff Barrett, compiled and mixed by Richard Norris.
This is the second of two mixes that were created for an event organised by the poet Alice Oswald in May 2011 as part of Dartington Hall's Tagore Festival. The location for the event was Sharpham House, a majestic Palladian villa high on a hilltop overlooking the river Dart in beautiful South Devon. We visited the house ahead of the day and decided that, weather permitting, we would set up the speakers on the terrace. The 'music' was chosen accordingly. Uploaded 11 months ago -
