My mom shares John Lennon's birthday. I was born just hours before her 30th birthday (so I ALMOST share it too!) When she was exactly the age I am now, she was working in the newsroom at a radio station. She was tasked with breaking the story on the airwaves. 30 years later, I'm on-air at the same age, sharing the memorial of his assassination.
