50. Skratch Bastid 110% by Skratch Bastid
Originating as an element of Hip Hop culture, Turntablism is considered an artform at it's highest level. Pushing the boundaries of this artform is Skratch Bastid - a Halifax, Canada native - and on his 110% Cloudcast he goes that extra mile and delivers the goods.
49. The Next Chapter on Rinse FM by Dj Flight
DJ Flight brings you fresh new Drum & Bass and urban sounds on her monthly Next Chapter show on London's Rinse FM. With a mixture of D&B legends such as Marcus Intalex and new comers like Joy Orbison featuring alongside each other, it's an interesting journey.
48. Theophilus London by Diesel : U : Music
One of the many high quality shows uploaded by Diesel:U:Music, this one features Theophilus London, performing live and playing tracks. The Brooklyn rapper calls up Jack Penate for a chat, and you'll have to listen through to find out what happens.
47. Space Age Pop by Monster Bobby
One of earliest Cloudcasts to be uploaded to Mixcloud, the psychedelic sounds of Rock 'n' Roll mixed with novelty soundtracks made it on to many peoples favorite lists. Originally made for "The Pipettes" 2007 U.S. tour, this mix was played in each venue before The Pipettes took the stage.

Described by DJ UMB as "Dubstep with a twist" the unique interpretation of Dubstep from an Indian perspective proved not only interesting, but innovative. Best consumed with extra chutney
45. Erol Alkan Forum Radio by Dectar
Whilst many Mixclouders are also big on the Erol Alkan Forum, it was DeadStarr (hailing from Krakow, Poland) and her Online Radio Cloudcast which won most votes with Dance, Electro and Boogie beats.

The main man behind BombSquad Records brings us his 8 tracks of big dancefloor Ragga, Jump up and Dubstep. Need a party in your living room? Stick this bomb on repeat.
43. 7 Inches of Funk by Rich Roast
Mixcloud community manager, BBoy, crate digger and DJ Rich "Roast" Morgan created a funky fresh Cloudcast full of groovy gems. Made entirely from his seven inch record collection and recorded live at The Westbere Studios London . Get up off of that thang and dance till you feel better.
42. Pimp My Tour Bus by Chrome Kids
Don't know Chrome Kids yet? You won't forget them after listening to "Pimp my Tour Bus". The gang from Cardiff and Bristol would give Xzibit a good run for his money.

Member of Paris crew Chateau LaTeuf (translates roughly to "the party castle") and Club Bass and Wine, M'Pulse was invited by the leading Discobelle blog to craft a mix for them. A high octane mixture of Dubstep, UK Funky, Tropical tunes including some exclusives from L-Vis 1990, Dakunt, Tiger Flight and more.

2009 saw the death of legendary entertainer Michael Jackson. In this unique Cloudcast, The Rub (from New York) deftly mix 24 of Michael Jackson's greatest hits from his earliest years to the present day.
32. Quiet Music by Nick Francis
Nick Francis presents the Quiet Music show on KYOT-FM in Phoenix once a week. With consistently high play counts it was hard to choose a favorite, however Mixclouders have elected this episode from November 1st as the top pick.
31. Zombie Disco Squad by Banana Management

Named after one of Dancehall's biggest riddims "Sleng - a Reggae Dancehall Mix" is one hour of straight classic tunes from Jamaica. In the words of LeJazz "no exclusives or anything special, just good old fashioned party vibes ... my Dad asked me to do him a reggae mix for his van!"
29. O.live.R Dubstep by Globalibre
Globalibre are a DJ Team from Dortmund, Germany. With a good number of Cloudcasts on the site already, it was the Dubstep mix by O.live.R that got the most votes for it's powerful basslines and big sounds.

Synonymous with London Bass culture, the Night Slugs team of Bok Bok, L-Vis 1990 and friends have been pushing the boundaries of the space between House, Dubstep, Bass and Garage for a good moment now. This selection of Dubplates from 2009 remains a testament to their vision.

24. Mixcloud Exclusive by Rivastarr
Every once in a while a new producer just smashes their way through into the bigtime. That's what's happening with Riva Starr's sneak-in-and-blow-the-place-up approach. This mix from early last year (which at the time included some tracks that were just hours old) still sounds fresh - demonstrating Riva's forward thinking sound.
23. Cookie Monsta TFC Series Vol.2 by Takeflight Club
UK blog Take Flight Club have done a pretty fantastic job of documenting some of the exciting new "future garage" sounds throughout 2009. Their most popular guest mix comes from the Midlands filth king, Cookie Monsta - "Wheres My Cookie?"
22. Portformat Dark Matter Mix by Tokyo Dawn Records
Future focused hip-hop, wonky and glitch mix from Tokyo Dawn Records' Portformat, hailing from Germany. This mix was made to promote his debut album "Repeat Factor", which is out now on Tokyo Dawn. Go get it!
21. Bongholio-Iglesias A Party for Two by Laid Back Radio
International jet-setting gorilla Bongholio Iglesias knows a thing or two about how to keep the senoritas happy. Sure, having Hollywood-fame, a Malibu beach house and a big hairy chest helps, but that's not all. Rule number one is to always keep some good music within reach - there's no way around that.
20. Disco 3000 Pt2 by Erol Alkan
To those of you who doubted that DJs are rock stars - yeah I'm talking to you - you've obviously never seen or heard Erol Alkan. Recently crowned UK's number 1 DJ for the 2nd year in a row by Data Transmission magazine, check out the awesome "mutant dub", disco and proto house sound of Erol's "Disco 3000" mix.

Live artist, producer and international DJ Cagedbaby has recently been working with artists as diverse as Fatboy Slim, Radioslave and David Byrne. On this - his most popular Mixcloud mix - Thomas Gandey expertly weaves his way through a variety of driving disco sounds. As it says on the tin - "Disco Mix for Disco babies."
18. Modeselektor RA173 by BPitch Control
As far as modern Berlin-based acts go, Modeselektor are an anomaly. While others may be content with forging a path down one particular aural avenue, Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary have managed to incorporate myriad styles from their beginnings as Fundamental Knowledge in the mid '90s. Be it electro, techno, dubstep, electronica or hip-hop, the duo can be found meshing it all together (and more) in both their original productions and live shows.
17. Crack House by DJ Zinc
Part of the Rinse FM crew, Zinc has been dabbling with the new wave of house music being pioneered in London's finest bass dens. Nothing in here pre-2009, instead we're treated to a montage of cutting-edge fidget and jacking from across the house spectrum. He calls it 'Crack House'
16. Ram Records by Xample
Releasing bass-laden beats on Andy C's RAM Records since 2005, Xample hasn't yet reached his bosses' level of success. But with each release receiving yet more plaudits, and a debut album due to drop in 2010, it may not be too long until Xample is just as big a name on the scene.
15. DJ Set December 2009 by Kraak & Smaak
What comes to mind when Holland's mentioned? Behind a liberal attitude to drugs, Heineken and Van Gogh, it's got to be house producers Kraak & Smaak. A duo with fine taste; they released their second album in 2008 - named after London's landmark grime house Plastic People - to much critical acclaim. Feast your ears on their latest promo tape.
14. The Truth Is Here by DJ Vadim
Vadim is regarded as "one of the few artists creating genuinely new work in the Hip-Hop field." Born in Leningrad, USSR, and currently residing in East London, it didn't take long for leftfield heavyweight Ninja Tune to spot his talent, starting to release his music in 1999. The Truth Is Here gets in touch with the inspiration that brought him here.
12. Mad Decent Worldwide Radio by Mad Decent
Throughout his career Sir David Rodigan has DJ'ed for London's biggest radio stations, including Kiss 100 and Capital Radio, tirelessly broadcasting his passion for reggae and hip hop. In partnership with Mad Decent, Diplo catches up with him to interview him about what matters: "records, football and girls."
10. Acouphene by Sabotage
France's electro culture has gone from strength to strength in the last decade or so, with layer upon layer of maison and technologie coming through with a raft of rising stars. This reputation is only strengthened by one of these aforementioned stars, DJ Sabotage, as he spins the best of Paris' super hot scene.

Sao Paulo-based Drum&Bass aficionado Marky takes a look back through a catalogue that brought us boss nova. Plenty of samba, plenty of groove. Nice.
7. Cheap Thrills Radio by Herve
A man of many forms, Josh Harvey aka Herve has released music on Domino Records, DJs across London and runs his label Cheap Thrills. This Cloudcast showcases releases on said label, along with exclusives from his peers, and interviews the people behind the music to boot.
6. Joy Orbison Guest Mix by Greenmoney
Hotly tipped by the influencial BBC Sound of 2010 poll, Joy Orbison literally tore up the dub-step scene in 2009 with his seminal tune Hyph Mngo. This mix for West London producers/radio hosts Greenmoney showcases his first releases on his Doldrums label, including his forthcoming EP, as well as associated acts of German label Hot Flush. Two words: Grt Stf.
5. PMA Halloween Minimix by Pretty Much Amazing
LA-based trend-setting blog Pretty Much Amazing stepped forward with a frightful minimix to celebrate on Halloween. PMA and it's imitable indie-electro style started out as a platform for Luis Tovar to express his musical opinion and quickly became a hub for music geeks and trend-setters alike.
4. Anneme Funk by Karriem
The best of an underrated genre, Karriem Diggins showcases all that was great in Turkish psych-funk from 2009. Karriem spun a turntable for the first time in the late 80s, dropping hip hop in German clubs for stationed US soldiers, now in the noughties, he has turned his hand to Eastern Europe and constructed a fine montage of Balkan beats for those curious and familiar alike
3. Nathan Fake - We Fear Silence by Border Community
James Holden's label Border Community have been building a forward-thinking disco / techno roster since 2003, which includes Norfolk's finest producer Nathan Fake. Releasing Hard Islands in March 2009, Nathan showcases the influences behind his sound.
2. DJ Spinna Boogie Bundle by Moovmnt
Spinna made his name as part of hip hop outfit The Jigmasters in '90s New York. Here he passes on a mix to prolific Dutch blog Moovmnt! tipping his cap to the sounds of '70s America that influenced his creativity. Even if you haven't heard of the man himself, his beats have found their way on to a plethora of dubstep releases over the year. So get down!
1. Electronica 2000 - 2009 by Dazed and Confused
Culture magazine Dazed and Confused step forward to deliver a mix of epic proportions, covering the best electronic music from the Noughties. A decade that brought computer music to the world stage, you'll recognise names such as Flying Lotus, Dizzee Rascal, The Prodigy and even the legendary Daft Punk.
