Born and raised in Salinas, Ca., DJ D:Ave has loved electronic music ever since hearing the breakdowns of NightCrawlers, "Push Feeling On." Which later was a transformation into his love for West Coast Jazzy house music.

DJ D:Ave has a west coast jazzy funky house style and loves artist such as JT Donaldson and Mark Farina. His favorite artists are Lawn Chair Generals and Oliver$. D:Ave has over 100 + gigs a year throughout the Bayarea, which includes, his weekly nightclub gig in Monterey, Ca at Club Hippodrome. He has headlined with Reality Stars, Real and Chance of "I love New York," to major Hip Hop artist, such as, E-40.

He can be found in Monterey, Ca. area in any given night and during the week, travels to San Francisco to do monthly house gigs.

D:Ave has a great foundation in West Coast House music and now has transformed to Hip Hop and Neo-Soul. His talents range from a wide variety of music and his love for music fuels the nightclubs.
