For AD mix014 we are very proud to present a live set by Ruaridh Law under his TVO alias. A prolific producer and DJ, and head of the newly minted Broken20 label, Law's output ranges from the outer limits of ambient experimentation as the Village Orchestra to razor sharp techno and electro as TVO. Both sides of his musical personality constantly push the boundaries outward - his The Starry Wisdom EP was among our favourite dancefloor releases of last year, heavy and uncompromising but with a keen ear for melody and a knowing nod to the origins of the sound. Meanwhile, his latest album, We Can Remember It For You Wholesale, brings every aspect of his sound together into one expansive and essential whole.
