In effect since August 12th 1991, the Breed Specific Legislation (known as Dangerous Dogs Act in Northern Ireland) has claimed many victims, mostly innocent ones. It has been shown over and over again that targeting a breed for its look or "apparent bad character" simply does not work. With the recent death/execution of Lennox the time has come to declare the BSL obsolete and outdated. Wild Time went to a peaceful protest in Wolverhampton!
