Non western folk pop and electronic music hit parade.

Brussels based dj LeBlanc is a PMO: a Passionate Music Omnivore. Growing up with 80's pop, new wave, punk, hardcore, metal, rock and hip hop, he started dj'ing occasionally (and still does) around 1991. A significant switch to electronic music came in 1994, the times of techno, house, electro, drum n bass, trip hop, ... Around 2004, after a period of diggin into funk, soul and jazz, LeBlanc started to play out African, Brazilian, Arabic and Indian music, Eastern European folk, Balkan Beats and Global Bass, under the moniker of The Boy From Ipanema, later as Tupolev Sound Crash (with dj Coconuts & Darcyr Cruz). Since then he continued to explore and specialise in (old and new) local popular music from around the world.
