The youth thing came and I settled into the world of mod and scooters playing the sounds which was recorded prior to my birth. However we looked further than the narrow passage of 60’s Brit pop, and embraced the word of Northern Soul which for my part is a journey that continues.
Finding that track where the beat, bass and vocals all find a sweet spot, recorded by many no hit artist never to be heard of again but to me and others this was a blockbuster tune. This is not to say commercial music isn’t my bag and I still hang onto tunes crafted and charted. I hope to find and play some great tunes, some you know and some new.
Just enjoy the voyage of discovery.
