Born and raised on the mean streets of Romania, Rha Roo started his musical journey by listening to tapes of Michael Jackson, Madonna and Depeche Mode. Having been exposed to quality music most of his childhood, it was only a matter of time until he realized that music is his calling.
He first became interested in the electronic music scene in 1998 listening to artists like Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk and Chicane. In 2006 he relocated to Miami and began his musical journey. Being influenced by his European roots and the multitude of great local talents, Rha Roo began learning how to produce and mix electronic dance music with his close friend Le Brion. Currently Rha Roo has released tracks with Amsterdam based label “ Global House Vibes, BPM Recordz (Canada), Sex In the House (Spain) and New York’s Smash Records & Yellowjax Recordings.
Suffice to say, House Music scene should be expecting big things from Rha Roo in 2012.
