    Lewes Priory School Solar Energy Project

    Lewes Priory School recently installed solar panels on their roof in a landmark local community project. Working with OVESCO and Southern Solar, pupils and teachers from the school campaigned successfully for the installation of solar panels that will see significant savings in energy costs- as well as contributing to improving the local environment!

    Santjie and Ishan from Radio Free Brighton are joined by Lawrence (Lewes Priory), Liz and Dirk (OVESCO) and Chris (Southern Solar) in this Eco Show special.

    This is a perfect example of the community getting together working with Priory School in Lewes and local companies OVESCO and Southern Solar for the benefit of everyone. How can this be replicated all over the UK? Great to see that Transition Town Lewes inspired OVESCO to start up. Well done to the Priory School ECO Group for the inspiration they provided to help make this project happen.
