Last Sunday we went to the Al Medinah Mosque in Brighton to have a chat with our Muslim friends. Our conversation centred on the topic of Ramadan - which was just finishing on that same day, but we also talked a lot about the Muslim community here in our city, about the Brighton and Hove Muslim Forum, about how welcoming Brighton and England in general are for Muslims and about a host of other issues. We were joined in our conversation by Imam Osman from the Al Medinah Mosque, by the head of the Brighton and Hove Muslim Forum Tariq Young and by Samir and Wafa from the Muslim community here in Brighton.
