Partyboy is first and foremost a douche. He’s a douche with an opinion on anything and everything and will do whatever it takes to be heard, and little to no regard for the safety of himself. At any given chance he will (and believe me when I say, he will) do anything in his power to make the people around him question the very reason why they stand so close, or even worry about his health.
