Electric Dreams is a mix I made years ago, I'm not sure when, (if you tell me based on the tracks that would be cool, (I think it could be between 2003 and 2005)). I was still doing occasional gigs as Jon Blond and it was recorded back in the days I was still playing vinyl and done in one take with none of this fancy trickery and editing you have these days ;o)
The music is a great selection of the finest electro house out at the time, before electro house got really big and noisy. The mix speeds up and slows down and is one of my favourites I've ever recorded in 15+ years DJing. Without wanting to get too hippy on your asses, its from a time I had a broken heart, if you listen carefully, it meanders thorough melancholy, anger and hope.
Its the first of my 'retrospective series' - some of the old mixes I've recorded over the years under different DJ guises.
