Mond Ortiz had been a DJ for more than 22 years and is presently the founder of Deep End in the Philippines, a tDJ eam aimed in promoting non-commercial quality house and techno on the deeper side.
Mond Ortiz started mixing at the age of 11 when he first dabbled with Technics SL1200 turntables and a Numark mixer playing 80s dance up to early 90s music. Since then, he began joining disco mobiles that would play in small houses, schools, and clubhouses around Metro Manila in the Philippines. His choice of music that time was 90s house music from Dee Lite, Blackbox, Ce Ce Peniston, Sybil, and the likes.
Presently, Mond Ortiz music ranges from deep house to deep tech house, to deep soulful and some soulful house with a certain style to it.
