Madcap started DJing 20 years ago when he was eleven years of age, mixing up house & breakbeat – more generally referred to as ‘Old Skool Rave’ nowadays.
One particular highlight of Madcap’s DJing career so far was winning the Movement / Technics DJ Competition in 2002, as featured in DJ Magazine. The prize was a main room set at Movement’s’ weekly event at Bar Rumba, London. Other notable features on Madcap are his appearance in IDJ Magazine January 2004, winning “Mix Tape of the Month”
Madcap has been busy in the studio and is currently working with DJ DJ Pulse, Tango, Andy Skopes, Vinyl Junkie, Mute & Mako. He co-runs a DnB digital label called ‘Uncertified Music’ (with Wilsh & Ascension) & is planning to re-launch Creative Wax
Madcap's had releases on Fabric Live/Good Looking, Renegade Recordings, Jerona Fruits, Fokuz Recordings, Immerse, Steel Fingers, Warehouse Wax to name a few.
