Hello my friends,

I hope you are all well!

This is a very special show for me as it was recorded live exactly a week before the biggest physical challenge of my life - the Berlin Half Marathon.

After 12 weeks of very intense training I practically pour my little heart out about my running journey and being so close to the finish line, whilst of course playing some great music in between.

It has been an incredible and very memorable experience, and I can't thank Bangs (www.bangsandabun.com) enough for asking me to join her Team Bangs On The Run and for sticking with me through all the ups and downs. The same goes for the fantastic Charlie Dark and my Run Dem Crew family (www.rundemcrew.com).

They have all changed my life for the better and I am eternally grateful!

So I hope you enjoy the show and I will catch you all next month with more sunshiine music!
