After my first visit to Brussels in summer of 2010 I realized that a lot of people were not aware of the history of hip hop in the south. The purpose of this show is to introduce people to the other side of Southern hip hop. These are hand selected favorites from my years growing up in Florida. Lush instrumentation, story telling and soul were the hallmarks of great southern hip hop from my youth. And this is just the tip of the Iceberg. Enjoy!
