This mix represents the sonic vibe that I worked with Andrew Severns to create at his series of monthly art shows called Voir Art. One of the consistent aspects of these shows was the featured work of many current/previous Graffiti Writers who are now also creating canvasses, prints, etc. As resident Dj, to reflect the fact that we were moving from street level to "Fine Arts", I played a sophisticated blend of sultry trip-hop, smooth lounge, jazzy beats, and chill house instead of the Hip-Hop that most would associate with Graffiti.
