José Angel Díaz Durán aka Jadd is one of Madrid´s most respected rare groove DJs and vinyl collectors. He has been at it for around 25 years, and has played alongside internationally renowned soul, funk and jazz DJs like Bob Jones, Keb Darge, Ian Wright, Nick The Record His passion for soul, jazz and funk inspired him to do one of Spain´s only specialized rare groove radio shows from 1995-99 entitled "Soul Incorporated"
Jadd has compiled both volumes of the "Improvisto" series on HiToprecords - a unique collection that uncovers the Spanish jazzfunk scene during the 1970´s.
Now he continues to delight clubs with his soulful DJ sets Soulfood weekly in Marulacafe-Madrid throughout Spain and elsewhere.
