I remember when I was in my 20's and saving for the deposit on my first apartment. I would walk home from work in order to save the bus fare. I would go to the grocery store and buy 2 eggs for supper... I would however have to stop off at the record store spend every last penny on the latest jazz releases from Verve, CTI and Blue Note.
