GondwanaSound
Life's too short for bad music. Jump aboard for some round the world music adventures. GondwanaSound started life as a festival in a box, a musical tapas before evolving into a weekly magazine style broadcast on Sheffield Live 93.2FM. Produced and presented in the main by Jill Turner with contributions from Mel Star, Sue Miller, James Poulter and Jo Reynolds. On these pages you'll find some of our favourite archives for posterity.
GondwanaSound takes its name and inspiration from the ancient continent of Gondwanaland, the southern land mass formed 200 million years ago, a place without political and economic boundaries which divide and keep us apart.
GondwanaSound focuses on our common humanity and the fact that we all make music for the same reasons. Music brings us together and that's why we sign off each week's show as we do. One love to the music makers, one love to the peace makers, may peace be with you. Stay tuned - http://www.gondwanasound.co.uk
