“The oldest DJ Mace demo (beats, beatboxing, scratching, editing, rhyming) that's preserved is dated May 1991. So, that's 20 years ago this month. That's why I decided to make some mixes with tracks that inspired me through the years. This first mix mainly has tracks of 7- & 12-inches that pre-date 1991. Music I listened to before I 'got busy' myself. Tracks that introduced me to HipHop, Sample-based-music and Electronic tunes in general. The mix opens with a bite of cut-paste-edit-track I made in 1991. The other tunes: you probably heard 'm before!”
