Here's an all 7″ Reggae mix for the people. I have been stockpiling these records for such an occasion, and here are 15 to start. I did this mix in one take, so it’s live and has a live feel (cracks, pops, one lickle skip) and also added a few drops from Bob, Daddy Rodigan and the tour guide we had when we stayed in Jamiaca. Her shout of “To the wooooooorrrld” was classic. For the most part, this mix has a lot of Rocksteady throughout, with a few Roots cuts and a small amount of Dub. Most records were pressed in Jamaica with the exception of a few. I'm looking forward to putting together more of these Reggae mixes. Reggae legends like Leroy Smart, King Tubby, Delroy Wilson and Dennis Brown among others rub up against lesser known artists like Val Bennett, Robert French and Eddie Lovette. All records dug up in dusty yard sales and flea markets by yours truly. Keep Diggin'!
