For my 1000th post of Flea Market Funk I wanted to give back to all of you for all of your support. The result is this 45 mix right here. This mix is a combination of the old and the new. I've put some of the best newer labels such as: Colemine, Kept, Kay-Dee, Funk Night and Music With Soul beside legendary labels such as Mutt, Zodiac, Ebony Sounds, Brownstone, Diamond Jim and today Records. The funky trip you are about to take is of course piloted by Flea Market Funk, but along the way you will meet some unique passengers. From African inspired sides to Detroit fuzzy Funk to Psychedelic Soul from Amsterdam to Russian Funk to heavy Sister Funk to Original Hip Hop samples and more, these 45s have a bit of something for everyone.
