As one of the newer faces of a blossoming Electronic scene in Calgary AB, Dj Villa Sets himself apart by not just his ability to play an energy filled set, but by being able to integrate Dark Techy beats as a way of highlighting the energetic, all the while keeping the dance floor jumping.
His musical tastes have evolved greatly since starting to Dj back in 2006. Trance and Progressive had been his first loves but now his style had evolved to incorporate everything from Techno, House, Breaks, Electro, and Progressive as well. Following the mantra "never be a slave to your own style" He has manned the Flag of Virsetility something which is truly reflected in his sets, something that makes it almost impossible to cubbyhole his sound, and he wouldn't have it any other way.
