Diametral was founded in 2010 by Matthias Springer and Oliver Roos seen as a network of different labels covering a large spectrum of electronic music form thrill to chill.

“Our general aim is to support young, talented producers in electronic music bringing them together with already nameable artists just for developing a creative community. For this it is very important to us that techno is not be seen in a functional way only, instead as an interpretation of the own experience, impressions and emotions. “

The different catalogue numbers are all related to different basic styles, e.g. DREX for deep and dubby house sounds or DRChill for downbeat and lounge music. Beside the Diametral sublabel-pool consists of DimbiDeep Music, Cromosom, Logism and zerO413, all with generally own philosophies and independent A&Rs.
