After a bit of luck of getting a chance set at tootoo's night club in colchester back in oct 1991 then a 6 month resedency before it sadly closed, dough (as freinds call him) wanted to play out more and was hooked on the buzz of playing to people! As well as playing every thursday at the mighty witham pool club (1990-94) gaining experience and fans alongside jamie smart (empirion ' prodigy tour dj)' leeroy thornhill' dj physics."The weekend started on thursday back then lol ". Then came his Oscars (the pier clacton essex)residency playing in the roller rink in front of big crowds "What a buzz that was playing in front of all those fucking whissle blowing white hat/gloves nutters"! "Alongside all the big boys it was imense".Oscars lasted for a few years then died its death, after some wicked nights and memories doughboy still kept plugging away making mixtapes and playing at other clubs and raves, still to this day and is a resident on www.roughtempo.com every tuesday 6-8 pm
