Chachi is a name that has quickly become synonymous with Christchurch Drum and Bass since he started to emerge on the scene in 2009. In a time when Christchurch was dominated by dark, heavy Neuro DnB sounds, Chachi came out playing a variety of drum and bass from lush rolling Liquid to the upfront Jump Up sound that he later became known for. Now Chachi regularly plays across the broad Drum and Bass spectrum though he does still love a good ol' fashioned jump up smackdown.

In mid 2010 Chachi took over the Urban Notion Radio Show on local radio station RDU 98.5FM, a show that was a staple of the Christchurch DnB scene's Saturday night routine. Every Saturday night from 8 to 9:30PM (NZT) on 98.5FM or www.rdu.org.nz.
