It's been a summer of reggae at Between Two Islands headquarters. I included a classic from the Wailers and a newly discovered gem from Dennis Brown's vast catalog. Friendly Fires are possibly my favorite current band, and Oliver Nelson is possibly my favorite arranger; both are overdue for an appearance in one of my mixes.
