1st exposure to DJ'S the legendry Dug out club Bristol, 2bad & The Wild Bunch (sound system) Bristol
For Manchester in the 1990s, it was the Hacienda. For New York in the 1970s, it was Studio 54. And for Bristol in the 1980s it was the Dug Out - the legendary club which became the spiritual, as well as the physical, home of the city's music scene.
I used to buy allot of vinyl records from Grant Marshall still have them when he worked in record store off Whiteladies rd Bristol
before Massive attack was formed, then summers in the amazing Abraxas Palma de Mallorca
